At Fabriella Fabrics, we guarantee the quality of our upholstery fabrics. If they do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 days of receipt.
Please contact us first at info@fabriellafabrics.com before sending any return.
Once you contact us, we will provide instructions regarding the return method and shipping details.
Please keep the courier receipt until we confirm receipt.
Fabrics must be unused, undamaged, uncut, and in their original packaging.
Returns should be sent to our office address after confirmation from us.
Cut-to-size fabrics (per meter orders) and custom-made products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Once approved, your refund will be made by bank transfer to the account you provide.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
We cannot refund items returned after 14 days, used/damaged fabrics, or items without original packaging.
This policy does not affect your legal rights in the case of defective goods.
